GM Race 2006 Election Announcement

Rules and Elections Committee chair Kim Conway announces that the race for the Rensselaer Union's 140th Grand Marshal was too close to call, and there will be a runoff election held on 11 April 2006.

 

GM Week 2006 Finale - Election Results

7 April 2006

Matt Weed of the GM Week Committee introduces Kyle Gracey and Matt Ezovski, who present the 'Tute Screw award for Meanest Man on Campus. Kyle then hands the microphone off to Rules and Elections Committee chair Kim Conway, who announces the 2006 student government election results. Peter Baldwin announces the 123rd President of the Union, and Max Yates reports that he cannot announce a winner for Grand Marshal at this time, because the race is too close to call.

RPI TV is a Union-funded volunteer student organization that has been providing the RPI community with media services, original programming, and broadcast of notable on-campus events since 2003.

Being a member can entail a variety of things, from directing to acting to editing. There are no club dues. At business meetings, members choose which events they would like to crew, and plans for shows are brought up and worked out.
