Frank was just a regular RPI student until it turned out that his roommate Jarod was really an evil imp named Doraj. To make things worse, Doraj was trying to escape capture from an inter-dimensional Hunter. Doraj needed a place to hide and Frank's body just happened to be there.

Peter Baldwin announces the 123rd President of the Union, and Max Yates reports that he cannot announce a winner for Grand Marshal at this time, because the race is too close to call.
