An unprecedented 8 candidates took part in the Primary Debates, setting the stage for the most competitive primary race in years.<br><br> One of the candidates' opening statements was not recorded due to technical difficulties. All opening statements were removed to be fair to all candidates.

The Senate amends the sign policy to permit signs in the designated holders on the footbridge. An amendment to the motion prevents use of those holders for campaign material in GM Week 2010. In addition, a motion is passed reminding faculty and staff of the financial burden on students placed by expensive textbooks.
